Guinness Nigeria Plc, a unit of the world's biggest alcoholic drinks group Diageo, said pretax profit rose 11 percent to N18.99 billion in the year to June 30.
Turnover rose 29 percent to N89.15 billion, the company said.
It recommended a dividend of 750 kobo per 50 kobo share.
